QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland) is an independent State agency responsible for promoting quality and accountability in education and training services in Ireland. It was established in 2012 by the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012.
ECDL is the world’s leading computer skills certification. To date more than 15 million people have engaged with the ECDL programme, in over 100 countries, through our network of over 24,000 ICDL Accredited Test Centres (ATCs).
The ECDL covers basic computer skills and the use of common applications in the workplace, the home and in society in general. When all seven modules are completed, the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is awarded by ICS SKILLS.
